Rosie works integratively and experientially, combining elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and creative modalities such as psychodrama with her clients.
She has worked in the field of addiction counselling since 2012, and works with both process and substance addicts, and/or with their family members.
Rosie is available for Skype sessions and for couple and family sessions on request.
Rosie runs group therapy sessions and support groups in a variety of locations. Her groups are a combination of psychoeducational work, as well as creative-based experiential support and therapy.
Groups are on-going, experiential groups for people ready to or already accessing therapeutic services. Groups use a mixture of creative and cognitive tools, allowing for safe exploration, expression and processing of emotions.
